N\u00b0 152 del DFL N\u00b0458 de 1975 LGUC.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contar con Comit\u00e9 de administraci\u00f3n vigente o tener la intenci\u00f3n de organizarlo, bajo los t\u00e9rminos de la Ley de Copropiedad N\u00b019.537.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contar con la participaci\u00f3n o representaci\u00f3n activa de al menos el 50% de los copropietarios, en al menos una reuni\u00f3n mensual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depositar 3 UF en cuenta de ahorro para vivienda o en dep\u00f3sito a plazo a
