o localidades urbanas de m\u00e1s de 5 mil habitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Este subsidio busca facilitar la vida en comunidad a trav\u00e9s de obras de alta calidad que permitan solucionar d\u00e9ficits o recuperar lugares de encuentro para las familias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipos de proyectos de Mejoramiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Construcci\u00f3n de edificaciones comunitarias:<\/strong><br \/>Centros comunitarios; sedes sociales; salas de uso m\u00faltiple; multicanchas; camarines; bibliotecas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mejoramiento de edificaciones comunitarias:<\/strong><br \/>Reparaci\u00f3n, ampliaci\u00f3n y\/o mejoramiento de equipamientos comunitarios como sedes sociales, salas de uso m\u00faltiple, multicanchas y camarines, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construcci\u00f3n y\/o mejoramiento de \u00e1reas verdes<\/strong> Mejoramiento y\/o construcci\u00f3n de plazas, plazoletas, platabandas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accesibilidad Universal para equipamiento comunitario:<\/strong> Rutas accesibles, rampas, rebajes de veredas, circulaciones con texturas de gu\u00eda y alerta, se\u00f1al\u00e9ticas y adecuaci\u00f3n de mobiliario, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mejoramiento mobiliario urbano:<\/strong> Bancas, cicleteros, juegos infantiles, m\u00e1quinas de ejercicio y comunitaria con Personalidad Jur\u00eddica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La organizaci\u00f3n que postula debe presentar el documento donde se aprueba el proyecto por m\u00e1s de la mitad de los socios o asociados que la componen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar n\u00f3mina de las personas residentes del sector o barrio en que se localiza la intervenci\u00f3n, en representaci\u00f3n de su grupo familiar, seg\u00fan formato entregado por SERVIU<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-panel Jur\u00eddica, otorgado por el Servicio de Registros Civil o la Municipalidad respectiva.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documento, seg\u00fan formato SERVIU, que justifique y acredite la pertinencia e impacto en la comunidad del proyecto en caso de realizarse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si el proyecto se ubica en terreno municipal o en un bien de uso p\u00fablico contar con permiso municipal para intervenirlo y compromiso de la mantenci\u00f3n de las respectivas obras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contar con cartas de apoyo de entidades p\u00fablicas o privadas, con representaci\u00f3n en el barrio, que avalen la necesidad y relevancia del proyecto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de proyectos de Construcci\u00f3n y\/o Mejoramiento de Edificaciones Comunitarias, se debe presentar una Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada en donde se acepta el uso de dicho equipamiento comunitario por otras organizaciones funcionales y\/o territoriales del sector o barrio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar la autorizaci\u00f3n del propietario, o de las entidades que corresponda para realizar las obras incluidas en el proyecto presentado, acreditando la propiedad mediante un Certificado de Dominio vigente. Si se trata de bienes nacionales, acreditar dicha calidad a trav\u00e9s de un Certificado del DOM.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentar documento bancario que acredita el o los aportes adicionales al proyecto. En caso de un bien nacional de uso p\u00fablico, se deber\u00e1 presentar Acta de Sesi\u00f3n del Concejo Municipal en que conste el compromiso de mantenci\u00f3n de las respectivas obras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los proyectos deber\u00e1n presentar un Plan de Uso y Mantenci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan formato entregado por el
